How long have you been working as an estate agent for Wretman Estate?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

I worked as a sales and administrative assistant at the Nice and Menton agency for almost 2 and a half years, which inspired me to become a sales agent with Wretman Estate afterwards.<\/p>\n

What do you think is the best asset\/personality trait to be a good estate agent?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

For me, the best asset\/personality trait to be a good estate agent is to listen to the customer, to be demanding and to have a good knowledge of the property market, which is constantly changing.<\/p>\n

How long have you lived in France?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

I’ve always lived in France, I grew up in Nice, with a Swedish mother, so I was brought up with Swedish traditions and education, and I regularly went to Sweden to see my family. I feel as much part of Nice as I do of Sweden.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

What’s your favourite walk\/outing in the region?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

My favourite outing is to go for a walk between Nice and Villefranche-sur-Mer, or to go for a walk in the forest near Cannes, where you can get some very pretty views.<\/p>\n

Where’s your favourite place to go to the beach?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

My favourite beach is Plage de la Mala in Cap d’Ail, or Plage de Passable in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat: real gems on the C\u00f4te d’Azur!<\/p>\n

Which is the best ski resort in the area?<\/strong><\/h5>\n
