How long have you been living in France ?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

I am moving to France now. The last 6 years I have spent about half of the year both in Norway and France and during 35 years I have spent most of my holidays in France.<\/p>\n

Tell us something about you that no one knows<\/strong><\/h5>\n

I Norway I am also a notary! And at the moment I am the only real estate agent in France with this experience and that also speak french. In Norway the real estate agents are also notaries. We take care of it all ; the sale, the contracts, the information concerning the properties etc. It takes 5 years of studies and practise to become a real estate agent in Norway and this education is a legal and economic education specificially aimed at real estate, heritage etc. This is needed to have the authorisation to work in real estate in Norway. It is not needed in France as we have the notaries. My experience and education give me a unic possibility to advise clients concerning the differencies on buying properties in Norway and France, and to point out what Norwegians have to be aware of during the buyers process.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

The beaches in Cannes la Bocca.<\/p>\n

What is your favourite ski spot\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

I love to go skiing in Auron.<\/p>\n

Why did you come to the French Riviera\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Ever since I was 19 and came to France for the first time to learn the language, I have been in love with France. I went to Paris and Versailles a year, studied French there and then in Norway at the university in Oslo. Since 1984, I spent almost every holiday in France, all over the country. The sun and the colors made me stay at the French Riviera.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]
