Built in 1972 in an old style, its rooms are composed of charming arcades with exposed beams. The material is collected from castles in Italy and France.

On the first floor of the house there is an original kitchen built in the old style with vertical beams.
The ground floor includes a bedroom, an office, one bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a library. A winter garden accompanies the house with a beautiful dining room where you can dine all year round.
A staircase leads upstairs to a roof terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains.
There are two bedrooms with their own access to the terrace as well as a bathroom.

In the basement there is a big laundry room and a large garage, a workshop and wine cellar completes this floor.
On the north side there is an additional covered summer kitchen with framed sliding glass doors. It has a barbecue and pizza oven. The summer kitchen can accommodate 20 people.

The neighborhood is quiet about 2km from Vence.
