18 years, my entire life as an adult.

I competed in Ironman Nice 2006.

What did you do before you started at Wretman Estate?

I was a full time mother, before that I was a partner in Scandinavian Catering. I have worked with many events and weddings.

The best ski resort in the area?

I love Isola 2000, it’s so close that you can go just for the day. If I have more time, I like going to La foux d’allos.

Favourite spot on the Riviera?

I love Biot, where I live. It is close to almost everything – the sea, the mountains, it has a lovely historical village and it is close to the airport. Nice people all year round.

What do you enjoy doing on a day off?

Winter : a walk in the sun and a picnic with friends and family here in Biot.
Summer : Going out to sea by boat.
