In 2024, we published over 200 pages in leading French real estate magazines such as Maisons & Appartements, Lux Résidence, and Logic-Immo.
We can be seen in every issue of Rivieranytt and Club Danois, in Dagens Industri in connection with the real estate fairs and sometimes SvD or DN. All of which are high profiled magazines in Scandinavia that promote our real estate agency in the South of France.
Your home is also promoted through our partners abroad: Property Europe Online, Lomakoti in Finland, Finn in Norway, In-a-home in Denmark, and Côte & Provence in the Netherlands.
Professional Photographers
We use legitimate photographers and when photographing villas, we often use drones to best promote the property on the French Riviera.
Fairs, Sponsorships and Events
Wretman Estate participates in a minimum of 10 real estate fairs both in Scandinavia and internationally each year. We often hold seminars on subjects such as the housing market on the French Riviera and regularly participate in events with international groups on the French Riviera such as the Riviera Club, the Swedish Church and the Swedish Golf Club.
We sponsor at least four different associations and charities each year, including the Mimosa Marathon, Rivieraklubben, Golfcup Mougins and SWEA.

Radio and TV
Sometimes you can hear us on Riviera Radio or maybe you are lucky enough to see us on TV, or in commercials! Among other things, Wretman Estate has participated in Chasseurs d’Appart, a very popular television program about brokers in France.
We have also been interviewed on both Swedish and French Television and made commercials for SAS.

We often give interviews in various journals regarding the real estate industry on the French Riviera, both in Sweden and in France.

Champions de la Croissance 2019, 2020 and 2021
Champions de la Croissance ranks the 500 companies with the highest growth in France, all industries included.
In 2020, Wretman Estate was the 8th fastest growing company on the French Riviera (6th in 2019). Interesting to note that the companies that rank higher than us are active in the extremely fast growing IT industry.
At the national level, we are ranked 233 in 2020 (216 in 2019) out of 500 companies and we are the only brokerage firm in the country that has a sufficiently high growth rate to be included in the ranking.
