This very charming villa located just over 300 meters from the Mediterranean beaches, in a quiet residential area, has everything for a good stay on the French Riviera in Juan les Pins.
The house consists of two floors where on the ground floor you have an open kitchen and a cosy bright living room, as well as a bathroom with WC, while one floor up has three bedrooms with a bathroom with WC. Adjacent to all bedrooms there are balconies, one of them facing east while the other runs around the south to west part of the house towards the garden. At the end of the garden there is an annex building, which is furnished. Here we also find the tool shed. There are 3 good storage rooms adjacent to the house.
The garden is about 600 m2, very cosy and comfortable with lots of greenery, Mediterranean plants and trees. There are several terraces for different purposes, barbecue, dinner tables, sun loungers and evening drinks.
