Adrian DUNPHY

Real Estate agent in Fayence and surroundings
How long have you lived in France?

I have lived in Fayence for 20 years now. There are always new things to do and discover!

What is your favorite getaway on the Riviera?

One of my favorite walks in the area is the Pont des Tuves. In summer as in winter, the river Siagne is very beautiful to see (and if you want to take a dip, it is always just as fresh).

What is your favorite beach on the Riviera?

Since a short while back, I am prefering the beach in Nice. The pebbles are less comfortable, but if you want to go there for a quick dip (at any time of the year), you do not come home with sand everywhere, and here there are also beach volleyball courts that are fantastic.

What is the best ski resort in the area?

I think Isola 2000 is the best ski resort in the area. It is located 1h30 from the sea and is probably the place with the most varied slopes. They also often have open slopes even if the weather is not favorable for snow (in season).

If you could choose a place on the Riviera, what would it be?

I’m a little biased, but to me it’s Fayence. It is a very quiet place that is not so far from the big city but which is also close to Vars inland. All in all, a perfect balance between sea, mountains and international influences.

What do you think is the most important quality of being a good broker?

There are several strengths / personality traits that make a good real estate agent, but for me the most basic is to listen. When it comes to a buyer or a seller, it is important to be able to distinguish and process important information and in turn create a climate of trust.
